  1. No smoking will be allowed in the vehicles.
  2. Arrangements may change without prior notice, should circumstances require such changes.
  3. A minimum of 3 persons per tour.
  4. Flycatcher Travel will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to luggage or injury to persons.
  5. It is recommended that tourists take out adequate travel insurance.
  6. A 50 % non-refundable deposit is payable on reservation and the balance is payable 2 weeks before departure.
  7. Cash payments must be made in ZA Rands or in US Dollars.
  8. Bank transfers are acceptable.
  9. Personal info will be handled confidentially.
  10. Information and photos may not be reprinted, sold or distributed for any purpose other than personal use, without the written approval of Flycatcher Travel.
